Product Information

Are your perfumes truly alcohol-free?

Yes, all our perfume oils are 100% alcohol-free. We use traditional oil-based formulations that are gentler on skin and comply with Islamic requirements.

How long do the fragrances last?

Our concentrated perfume oils typically last 14+ hours on the skin. Individual results may vary based on skin chemistry, climate, and application method.

What sizes do you offer?

We offer 6ml (3-4 weeks with daily use) and 12ml (2-3 months with daily use). Discovery Sets contain 3ml samples.

Are your products safe for sensitive skin?

While our oil-based fragrances are generally gentler than alcohol-based ones, we recommend patch testing on a small area first. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

How should I apply scent oil?

Apply 1-2 drops to pulse points (wrists, behind ears, neck). Less is more with concentrated oils. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.

Can I apply it on clothes?

We recommend skin application only. Oil may stain fabrics. If you choose to apply on clothes, test on an inconspicuous area first. We are not responsible for fabric damage.

Where are your products made?

Family-owned since 2015 All products comply with UK cosmetic regulations and safety standards.

Health & Safety

Are your products tested on animals?

No, we never test on animals and are cruelty-free. Our products are also vegan-friendly.

Can pregnant women use your fragrances?

Please consult your healthcare provider before using any fragranced products during pregnancy or while nursing.

What if I have an allergic reaction?

Discontinue use immediately and seek medical advice if needed. Contact us at [email protected] to report the reaction. We list all ingredients but cannot guarantee against all allergies.

Are these safe for children?

Our products are formulated for adult use. Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, seek medical attention immediately.

Do your products expire?

Fragrance oils have a shelf life of 2-3 years when stored properly in a cool, dark place. Check for changes in color or scent.

Ordering & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe. We do not store your payment information. All transactions are SSL encrypted.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After processing begins, changes cannot be made. Contact [email protected] immediately for urgent requests.

Why was my payment declined?

Payment issues are usually due to incorrect billing information or bank security measures. Please check with your bank or try a different card.

Do prices include VAT?

Yes, all prices shown include UK VAT where applicable. Business customers can request VAT invoices.

Shipping & Delivery

How much is shipping?

UK Standard delivery: £2.50. Next Day: £9.95. FREE UK shipping on orders over £25.00.

How long does delivery take?

Standard: 2-3 days. Orders placed before 12pm are dispatched same day (Mon-Fri). Weekend orders dispatch Monday.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently UK only. International shipping coming soon. We cannot ship to PO boxes or BFPO addresses.

What if my package is lost or damaged?

Contact us within 48 hours with photos if damaged. For lost packages, we'll work with the courier to locate it or send a replacement.

Can I specify delivery instructions?

Yes, add delivery notes at checkout. We cannot guarantee specific delivery times or accept liability for instructions not followed by couriers.

Are prices guaranteed?
