Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
Missing components from bundles/promotions
Free or promotional items must be returned with the order; otherwise their value may be deducted
Bundles, Promotions & Free Items
- If your order included a promotional or free item (e.g., 3-for-2), the free item must be returned for a full refund.
- If a free/promotional item is not returned, the value of that item will be deducted from your refund.
- For partial returns from a bundle/promotion, any discount will be recalculated on the kept items and your refund adjusted accordingly.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
- Original shipping is non-refundable unless your order was cancelled before dispatch or the item arrived faulty or damaged.
- If items are returned used, damaged or missing parts, we may refuse the refund or apply a partial refund at our discretion.
Exchanges & Faulty Items
- If you receive a faulty or damaged item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
- Exchanges are treated as a new order once the return is processed.
